Welcome to the Bayside High School website. The
purpose of this website is to provide the students, staff, parents,
and community of Bayside with information about our school.

On Friday, April 30, 12 members of the Shakespeare Club joined
two other high schools and two middle schools in the first day
of the Eleventh Annual New York City Student Shakespeare Festival
at the Lucille Lortel Theatre. This event is produced by the Creative
Arts team of New York University and the Paul A. Kaplan Center
for Educational Drama. The ensemble, Bonnie Allocca, Lauren baer,
Alexandra Bruck, Renzo Jimenez, Amanda Jurado, Alana Kupersmith,
Ester Nam, Laura Elena Racines, Cleo Szmygiel, Kamron Taherpour,
Sabrini Tosti and Terran Turetsky, under the direction of Jessica
D. Rothman, presented “The Rise and Fall of Richard the
Third.” The club was recognized for “Outstanding Original
Concept and Execution of Concept” by the day’s commentators.
